Young Wealth by The Jason Hartman Foundation

Robert S. Kaplan is Senior Associate Dean for External Relations and Martin Marshall Professor of Management Practice in Business Administration at Harvard Business School. He is also the Co-chairman of Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation and Chairman and Founding Partner of Indaba Capital Management, as well as former Vice Chairman of the Goldman Sachs Group. He is the author of, "What You're Really Meant to Do: A Road Map for Reaching Your Unique Potential."

Kaplan explains how students can go about defining their own respective successes and gives tips for students to achieve their potential.

He also shares how we can individually know what we're bad at how we can all go about finding a small group of people who care enough about us to tell us things we may not want to hear.

Given today's generation, Kaplan discusses how someone should go about changing jobs.
